Painting on the river


Between the coronavirus pandemic and especially rainy weather, work on the downtown historic mural has been slowed considerably, but the sun is shining today and artist Dwayne Windell was out working on it today. For a complete story and update on the status of this mural and others planned for downtown Clarksville, see next week's paper.
